Who handles your information

Inquiry details

The form processes your website address, contact email and a description of what you need help with. These details are used to handle your inquiry and related correspondence. Please do not include passwords or sensitive information. Submitting the form does not place an order or subscribe you to marketing messages.

Resend sends the inquiry to info@l9studios.ai. The application does not store the inquiry content in its own database or CRM and does not send an automatic reply. Acceptance by the email service does not confirm delivery to the inbox.

Website operation and repeat submissions

The website is hosted on Vercel. The hosting service may process IP addresses and technical request logs to operate and secure the website. Inquiry content is not written to application logs.

To prevent duplicate submissions, the form stores a submission reference, timestamp and a one-way fingerprint of the content in your browser. It does not store a copy of your message. A reference is used for up to 24 hours; older entries are removed on your next submission, or you can delete them by clearing the website data in your browser. If this storage is unavailable, retry protection lasts only while the form remains open.

Provider processing details: Vercel, Resend GDPR and Resend DPA. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area under these providers’ terms.

Analytics and other services

The website has no analytics, advertising pixels, marketing cookies or automated assistant. Fonts are included with the website and are not loaded from an external font service.
